  AnchorPoint Property Management, the property owner, landlord, and any related parties are not responsible in any way for anything that happens on the property.

• Showings Do Not Hold the Property

  Scheduling or attending a showing does not reserve or hold the property for anyone.

• Apply Quickly If Interested

  If you like the property, we suggest that you apply and complete the process as soon as possible in order to have the best chance of getting it.
