Anchor Point Property Management collects only the information needed to provide our property management services. This includes contact details from prospects and applicants, financial information from owners and tenants, and operational records about the properties we manage.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with vendors and service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor, our property management platform, and contracted maintenance vendors), and only to the extent required for them to perform their work.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing info@anchorpointnj.com.
